It is widely known that, since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, our beloved planet Earth has suffered countless ecological and environmental assaults, mainly due to an increasingly polluting industry and to the waste generated by the very societies that depend upon it.
Whether in the form of CO₂ or the plastic materials that we discharge into the oceans, there are many ways in which human beings contaminate the natural world they inhabit, to such an extent that the greenhouse effect has become so extreme in certain parts of the planet that they are now almost uninhabitable.
For these reasons, we must become ever more aware of the serious damage that such pollution causes to our environment and, consequently, to our own quality of life. Therefore, the main objective of this environmental awareness campaign, entitled “A Fragile World to Preserve”, is to encourage our society to act in an increasingly respectful manner towards nature and the resources it provides.
For this reason, the campaign employs as its principal graphic motif a planet Earth represented as a large soap bubble which, accompanied by many other bubbles floating in the air, conveys the great fragility of the environment in which we live, so that we may become ever more aware of the risks that the loss of the planet’s environmental health would entail.
